Agile Coach

Lead the Agile development team and facilitate communication and collaboration. Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize the teams backlog. Provide technical leader-ship and help make key architectural decisions. Support the team in planning and exe-cuting sprints. Ensure the application of Agile principles and methodologies throughout the team. Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives .Help the team solve technical challenges and remove obstacles. Ensure high-quality code and soft-ware testing. Monitor and report on progress, issues, and success metrics to stakehold-ers. Keep abreast of new technology trends and innovations to drive continuous im-provement. Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and learning within the team. Facili-tate conflict resolution within the team and negotiate with stakeholders when neces-sary.

Experience required: 8+Years
