We are seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects on a global scale, with a strong focus on purchasing and contract lifecycle management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IS projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Drive implementation of IT applications related to purchasing and contract lifecycle management.
• Manage RFx processes and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Develop project documentation, functional specifications, and ensure compliance with PM policies and standards.
• Facilitate workshops, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and support decision-making.
• Apply best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and ITIL frameworks.
• Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities as required.
• Partner with business teams to identify creative solutions and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, delivering complex projects globally.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT application implementation for purchasing or contract lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in leading RFx processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or Scrum Master.
• Strong documentation, communication, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a passion for developing and implementing best practices.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel depending on project and service needs.
