Project description: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You’ll be directly responsible for hands-on deployment and scaling of services on Kubernetes, ensuring our systems run reliably in production at massive scale. You will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, define infrastructure requirements, and oversee system execution to meet strict performance, security, and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage scaling on Kubernetes in production.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Define infrastructure requirements and oversee secure, reliable system execution.
• Mentor and manage a small team (up to 3 DevOps Engineers).
• Drive adoption of observability, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, scripting, and deployment automation.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams to deliver highly available, cloud-native workloads.
• Champion DevOps maturity and best practices across engineering.
