Change Manager

We are currently looking for a Change Manager for one of for our clients based in Finland. This role would be a permanent position.

Short job description:

• Drive change initiatives for technical information and lifecycle processes, focusing on automation and digital transformation.
• Create and execute plans for communication, training, and stakeholder involvement.
• Track progress, address risks, and ensure successful implementation.
• Lead workshops and define metrics to measure impact and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stakeholder Collaboration

Qualifications:

• Expertise in driving digital transformation efforts, leveraging advanced tools for documentation and lifecycle management.
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of data management principles and hands-on experience with data integration initiatives.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting technical data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in utilizing modern tools and technologies effectively.
