Über die Rolle

Straumann Schweiz sucht dich als (Senior) Product Manager mit starkem digitalen und innovativen Mindset. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für unser Digital-Hardware/Software-Portfolio sowie unsere lokalen Lab Services. Diese Bereiche sind strategische Wachstumstreiber, in denen Geschäftsentwicklung und Transformation im Fokus stehen.

In dieser Rolle treibst du die Einführung und Nutzung digitaler Workflows (IOS, 3D-Druck, AXS Services Plattform) voran und entwickelst gleichzeitig unser lokales Dentallabor-Geschäft weiter. Du gestaltest wirkungsvolle Business- und Kommunikationsstrategien, um Straumanns Führungsposition im digitalen und laborbasierten Ökosystem in der Schweiz weiter zu stärken.

Die Position richtet sich an eine analytische, innovative und kooperative Persönlichkeit – eine Brückenbauerin oder einen Brückenbauer, die/der unser Kernportfolio (Implantologie und Prothetik) mit digitalen Technologien verbindet und so nachhaltiges sowie transformatives Wachstum ermöglicht.

Hauptaufgaben

• Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus des Straumann Digital Ecosystems (HW/SW) und der Lab Services
• Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen, Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Übersetzung der Erkenntnisse in konkrete Massnahmen
• Definition und Umsetzung smarter Strategien zur Stärkung der digitalen Präsenz von Straumann Schweiz
• Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau des Lab Services Portfolios als strategische Wachstumssäule
• Optimierung des lokalen Laborangebots entsprechend Markt Opportunitäten und Kundenbedürfnissen
• Förderung der Nutzung digitaler und laborbasierter Workflows gemeinsam mit Sales-Teams, Laboren und KOLs
• Aufbau und Pflege eines starken lokalen KOL-Netzwerks im Bereich digitale Zahnmedizin und Lab Services
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, MarCom und Education zur Umsetzung wirkungsvoller Kampagnen und Schulungen
• Vertretung der Schweiz in regionalen und globalen Projekten sowie Sicherstellung der lokalen Abstimmung
• Laufende Analyse von KPIs (Adoption, Umsatz, Marktanteil, ROI) und Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Ingenieurwesen, MedTech oder einem verwandten Bereich
• Optional: Hintergrund in Zahntechnik von Vorteil
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise in der MedTech-, Dental- oder technologiegetriebenen B2B-Branche
• Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Einführung oder Skalierung innovativer Produkte oder Dienstleistungen
• Ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Leidenschaft für Innovation und digitale Transformation
• Unternehmerische, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder einzubinden
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch und/oder Italienisch von Vorteil

About The Role

Straumann Switzerland is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager with a strong digital and innovative mindset to take ownership of our Digital Hardware/Software portfolio and local Lab Services. These are strategic growth areas where business development and transformation will be key.

In this role, you will drive the adoption of digital workflows (IOS, 3D printing, AXS services platform) while developing and growing our local dental lab business. You’ll design effective business and communication strategies to strengthen Straumann’s leadership in the digital and lab ecosystem in Switzerland.

This position is ideal for someone analytical, innovative, and collaborative – a bridge-builder who can integrate our core implant and prosthetic business with digital technologies to achieve both incremental and transformational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product life cycle for the Straumann Digital ecosystem (HW/SW) and Lab Services.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities; translate insights into concrete actions.
• Define and implement smart strategies that strengthen Straumann Switzerland’s digital footprint.
• Develop and expand the lab services portfolio as a strategic growth pillar.
• Shape and optimize the local dental lab offering to meet customer needs and local opportunities.
• Drive adoption of digital and lab workflows with Sales teams, labs, and KOLs.
• Build and engage a strong local KOL network in digital dentistry and lab services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, MarCom, and Education teams to deliver impactful campaigns and trainings.
• Represent Switzerland in regional/global projects and ensure local alignment.
• Track and analyze KPIs (adoption, revenue, market share, ROI) to continuously improve results.

Your profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, MedTech, or a related field.
• Optional: a background in dental technology is an asset.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management or product development, ideally in MedTech, dental, or technology-driven B2B industries.
• Proven success in launching or scaling innovative products or services.
• Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills
• Passion for innovation and digital transformation
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and collaborative mindset; able to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent German and English skills; French and/or Italian is an advantage.
