Product Manager

You are Responsible for

• Own the Roadmap: Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for our digital lending products—from customer onboarding (KYC) and underwriting to disbursement and servicing.
• Execute & Ship: Write clear user stories, PRDs, and specs. Work daily with engineering, design, and data science teams in an agile environment to ship high-quality features.
• Master the Journey: Become the expert on the digital loan journey, obsessing over conversion funnels, drop-off points, and user experience.
• Integration : Lead integrations with other NBFCs to build seamless Co-lending Stack
• Collaborate with Risk: Work hand-in-hand with the Risk and Analytics teams to implement and iterate on underwriting logic and fraud detection models
• Measure Success: Define key product metrics (KPMs), monitor performance, and use data to make informed decisions for product iteration.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

• 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant focus on Digital Lending (Consumer Loans, Personal Loans, BNPL, or similar).
• Deep understanding of the entire loan lifecycle: origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
• Proven experience working in a tech-first environment, comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, and data models with engineers.
• Strong analytical skills; you are comfortable querying databases (SQL) and using data to find problems and test hypotheses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Desirable

• Direct experience with Co-lending partnerships, Consumer Durables, BNPL
• Familiarity with co-lending platforms (e.g., Yubi), modern Loan Management Systems (e.g. M2P).
