Network Engineer

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring multiple Network Engineers to be based Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Configure and optimize Wi-Fi access points, controllers, switches, routers, and VLAN/SSID/security settings.
• Work closely with Project Managers to align technical tasks with project schedules.
• Perform RF planning, Wi-Fi performance tuning, packet capture analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and on-site support.
• Prepare technical documentation including configuration files, network diagrams, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and, when required, customers.
• Provide progress updates and escalate technical risks to the Project Manager.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, CWDP, Aruba ACMP/ACMA, Ruckus WISE or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network engineering, preferably with strong WI-FI focus. Experience in the GCC market is a plus.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise Wi-Fi platforms (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, Ubiquiti, etc.).
• Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using CLI, network analyzers, RF scanners, and Wi-Fi diagnostic tools.
• Must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
