Graduate AI Engineer (Associate AI Engineer)

As a Graduate AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team developing innovative AI/ML solutions. This early-career role is designed to help you build strong technical foundations while contributing to real-world projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. 

• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker and basic Python skills for data manipulation and ML workflows.
• Understanding core concepts in statistics, data processing, and feature engineering.
• Awareness of Docker and containerization principles; familiarity with Esri tools is a plus.
• Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in exploring emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and contributes positively to team goals.
• Think creatively and analytically to solve problems and improve processes using AI.
• Manages time responsibly, prioritizes impactful tasks, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
• Must be native Finnish speaker, professional level Swedish skill is an additional plus 
  
  

• Assist in implementing machine learning models by preparing datasets, running experiments, and evaluating outcomes.
• Perform basic data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Use AWS AI/ML services for tasks such as training models with pre-built frameworks.
• Document processes, results, and learnings to support team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on model design, deployment, and optimization.
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning AI/ML methods, cloud tools, and best practices.
