About the role

A leading Australian financial services engineer are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Network Engineer in Sydney on a 6-month contract for the business.

The role is focussed around Network Design/Automation, Cisco firewalls and ACI.

Responsibilities:

• Network design for migration from existing infrastructure to new ACI and FTD infrastructure
• Developing runbooks and procedures
• Producing lower level designs on both legacy and modern network infrastructure and implementing them.
• Support and mentor automation engineers on APIC and CSM

Key Skills:

• Solid experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco ASA/Firepower
• Knowledge of APIC REST/API Models and CSM
• Previous experience working on enterprise firewall policy roll outs
• Experience with network automation frameworks
• CCIE level
