User Experience Designer

Our federal government client, the Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support the Digital Uplift Program (DUP) based on identified Work Packages.

Selection Criteria 

Essential 

1. Proven UI/UX Design Expertise.

2. Accessibility knowledge.

3. Collaboration and communication.

4. Technical proficiency with design tools such as e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Axure RP and other recognised industry standard tools.

5. Government policy and standards knowledge.

6. Current active NV1 security clearance.

Desirable 

1. Service Design expertise.

2. Experience with large-scale government projects.

3. Data-driven design.

4. Experience with legacy systems.
