Your tasks

• Support the design, development, and implementation of OpenText Archive Center / Core Archive solutions
• Perform technical and functional system configurations
• Lead testing, support, and troubleshooting of OpentText solutions
• Conduct end-user training and create/update technical documentation
• Identify and implement system improvements
• Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT teams and external providers as needed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with OpenText solutions, or 3 years in OpenText Archive Center
• Strong knowledge of OpenText platform and integration solutions
• Good understanding of Windows Server and MS Office tools
• Solid business process insight and technical skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with SAP ArchiveLink, and OpenText Document Pipeline
• OpenText intelligent capture for SAP solutions (OCR)
• Knowledge of ITIL v4 processes
• Experience working with service providers
• OpenText certifications (a plus)
• Knowledge in SAP Basis, Open Text InfoArchive, and OpenText xECM / Core Content Management
• Retail or grocery industry experience
• German language skills (a plus)
