Job Description

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital initiatives. Your mission will be centred around AI, specifically how we can utilize AI to boost Software Developer Productivity while ensuring the highest standards of code quality and security. This role will be highly explorative, and focused on building Proof of Concepts as well as evaluating AI solutions.

You have a strong interest in AI and its potential to transform software development. While hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks is preferred, your passion for exploring and building innovative solutions is key. Your background reflects a mix of software development expertise and a curiosity for using AI to boost developer productivity, enhance code quality, and ensure security.

You’ve worked on building and testing Proof of Concepts, integrating AI into workflows, and explored concepts like LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows. Whether through prototyping self-designed AI-powered systems or experimenting with existing AI-driven tools, your focus is on practical, impactful solutions. Your ability to evaluate and adapt cutting-edge technologies makes you well-suited for this highly explorative and impactful role.

You should have:

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python (preferred), Java, or C++.
• Understanding of state-of-the-art AI architectures and methodologies, including Transformer-based models, LLMs, and advanced optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with RAG systems, including designing pipelines that combine LLMs with vector databases and retrieval strategies.
• Experience in building and deploying agentic workflows or autonomous agents, leveraging frameworks such as LangChain or custom solutions.
