Job Summary (Jr Analyst )

  • Support the Education Freedom Scholarship Program by processing, reviewing, and evaluating program applications.
  • Assess family eligibility for the scholarship program through detailed application review.
  • Accurately handle and analyze complex data sets.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate strong general computer literacy.
  • Follow detailed instructions and established protocols for fair, efficient, and consistent application evaluation.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets within tight deadlines (approx. 7-week assignment).
  • Track and analyze data to support program administration.
  • Collaborate with team members, participating in calibration and norming activities.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and high standards in all work performed.
  • Work onsite in Nashville, TN, with a 7.5-hour workday (8am–4:30pm CST, Monday–Friday).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
