You will collaborate closely with onshore teams to design, implement, and maintain high-performance web applications based on microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality software that meets project deadlines and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the onshore development team in an Agile environment.
- Develop and deliver assigned user stories according to specifications and timelines.
- Ensure a high standard of code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Report progress, risks, and blockers effectively to the team leader.
- Maintain strong alignment with project schedules and dependencies to prevent delays.
- Contribute to design discussions and propose improvements for scalability and reliability.
- Proven expertise in Java backend development with strong proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Advanced experience in building modern web applications using Angular.
- Solid background in microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with UML, DevOps practices, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud-based storage solutions (Cloud Object Storage).
- Strong communication skills and commitment to Agile principles.
