What You'll Do

Roles & Responsibility

• Monitored infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, SolarWinds and Riverbed to ensure high service availability.
• Performed incident response, maintenance and troubleshooting for enterprise systems including queue systems, kiosks, ATMs, iPads and digital signage.
• Provided remote diagnostics and technical resolution through SCCM.
• Coordinated with vendors and internal teams for timely escalation and closure of complex incidents.
