Job Description

• Collaborate within an agile team to design, develop, and deliver IT solutions for our aftermarket sector.
• Lead backend development efforts using Java and modern cloud technologies.
• Ensure rapid, high-quality delivery of software solutions that meet business needs.
• Quickly understand complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Extensive experience in Java backend development. Hibernate, Springboot
• Strong proficiency with cloud technologies (Azure)
• Additional dev stack, GitHub, Robot Framework, Backstage, Soundcheck, Co-Pilot, Angular (you don’t need to master all of these)
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and requirements.
• Experience working in agile teams and environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
