Project Lead

Requirements:

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in be the primary point of contact between the Global Market Engagement team and Global Project Leads, Country Project Managers, and other stakeholders within your assigned cluster for CCT topics (Change, Communication, and Training).

• Supporting and coaching local teams to create and execute change management plans using the “local change plan approach.”
• Facilitating stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals.
• Identifying and escalating risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables.
• Coordinating with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates.
• Supporting post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and beyond. Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc

Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementations involving significant change management.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team.
