Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end user journeys and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
- Ensure design consistency and a seamless user experience across platforms.
- Incorporate user feedback and usability findings into design iterations.
- Proficiency in Figma, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Prior experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks.
