Location: 3 days onsite

Overview:

We are seeking a Network Engineer Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of network systems that support business-critical applications at enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the planning, design, and deployment of enterprise network solutions, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN.

-Oversee the operations and maintenance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and cloud-based network environments to ensure optimal uptime and performance.

-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

-Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure connectivity solutions.

-Develop and implement network automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.

-Manage network capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

-8–12 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.

-Strong hands-on expertise with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or equivalent network technologies.

-Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS).

-Experience with network security, firewall administration, and VPN technologies.

-Proficiency in cloud networking (Azure) and hybrid architectures.

-Familiarity with SD-WAN, SASE, and modern connectivity frameworks.

-Experience with network monitoring and automation tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

-Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or PCNSE are strong assets.
