Product Designers at North work across boundaries, owning all design aspects of entire projects throughout research to user experience and visual design. They are deeply user-centered, and enjoy spending time understanding user needs and business goals as much as crafting a creative solution.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Working together with Partners and Product Managers to understand business goals and key metrics and define how they translate to design.
  • Doing your own research and conducting user interviews to validate concepts.
  • Collaborating closely together with clients, through rounds of feedback.
  • Creating prototypes and designing high-fidelity interactions.
  • Keeping an extraordinary level of attention to detail at every step of the process to provide an outstanding execution from conceptual thinking to interaction and visual design.


You will bring to the table:

  • Ability to communicate design rationale to clients. You can articulate the ‘why’ and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including understanding when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the design process.
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools. Big plus if you have experience with motion design or illustration.
  • Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).

  • Have launched side projects of your own.
  • Enjoy working outside of your comfort zone.
  • Have passion for trends and developments in design & technology.
  • Have experience in consulting or working with corporate clients.
