Product Manager of Services

We’re looking for a Product Manager Service Solutions to shape and grow our service portfolio. Instead of physical products, you’ll focus on value-added services such as maintenance programs and consultancy offerings. This new role strengthens our commitment to service-driven customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the service strategy.
• Manage and improve the marketing mix for current offerings.
• Monitor service performance and drive corrective actions.
• Create new services based on customer needs and insights.
• Work closely with Sales, Service and Marketing to enhance customer satisfaction and service adoption.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in services or consultancy in an international setting, ideally in MedTech, medical devices, life sciences or automotive.
• Experience with intangible offerings like maintenance or consultancy services.
• Strong analytical and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
• Pathology knowledge is helpful but not required.
