  • Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on payroll, time management and HR processes
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law, income tax law and national insurance law
  • Experience in recruiting and confident use of common recruiting platforms and processes
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as a professional and engaging manner when interacting with employees and managers
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards and a hands-on mentality
  • Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with Datev

#ChallengeCheck

  • Advising and supporting employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and payroll
  • Preparation and interface management for payroll accounting in close coordination with the external service provider
  • Independent control of the entire recruiting process
  • Collection and analysis of HR indicators
  • Support with the introduction and further development of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle
  • HR administration and operational HR tasks
