Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, implementing, and optimizing advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that enhance our products and services.

This position calls for a solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals, strong coding skills in relevant languages and frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and build scalable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and business operations.
• Optimize model performance and scalability through continuous testing and improvement.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance AI/ML applications and systems.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering or an equivalent role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• In-depth knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred:

• Experience with distributed computing tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks.
• Practical experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
