Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for WebRiposte-based applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and utilities using VBA or Python.
• Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions with development and infrastructure teams.
• Collaborate with QA and release management teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Document support procedures, configuration changes, and technical insights.

Required Skills and Experience

• Practical knowledge of WebRiposte and its architecture.
• Programming experience in VBA or Python for scripting, data processing, or automation.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for version control, build, and release management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments and application configurations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
