Security Manager (Arabic)

We are currently recruiting for a Security Manager for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.

Purpose-

To ensure provision of security of Group premises and protect the group’s assets, merchandise, stock and staff, ensuring regulations abide with legal security standards.

Responsibility-

• Maintaining the provision of security guard services for the Group to maintain safety & security & arranging for their training by Dubai Police (SIRA) to comply with UAE laws and regulations & implements Standing Operating Procedure for smooth security operation.
• Support day to day security operations to include guard force management, alarm response, special event management.
• Support day to day security operations at the group control room including but not limited to incidents review, reporting, escalation, corrective actions and cash counters breaches.
• Assess, evaluate, plan the BOQs, RFQ, RFP, installation, AMCs and DLPs for the security and safety systems/personnel.
• Conduct thorough site survey to assess the risk and generate corrective actions report accordingly.
• Control and maintain fire alarm system, install surveillance equipment, such as security cameras and intrusion sensors.
• Arranges and follow up all types of annual Contracts for all outlets/locations and to follow the maintenance process to meet the Civil Defense Requirements.
• Inspects new outlets and submits recommendations related to safety & security needs to avoid any security or safety hazards.

Skills-

• Minimum 10 – 15 years of Total work experience (Managerial Level).
• Familiarity with Civil Defense (Hassantuk) & SIRA Laws & Regulations.
• Bilingual, spoken and written high proficiency (Arabic).
