Project Manager – C&I Solar - Germany (nationwide)

Travel: Regular day trips (approx. 1x every two weeks)

About the Role:

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial and industrial (C&I) solar projects across Germany — from planning through to commissioning. You will manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the full EPC lifecycle for C&I solar projects (100 kWp – multi-MWp).
• Oversee project timelines, cost control, quality, and risk management.
• Interface with design, procurement, electrical, and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with local permitting, grid, and safety regulations.
• Report project performance to management and key stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
• Proven experience managing solar or renewable energy projects in Germany.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel (short business trips).
