A boutique investment bank is looking to add an Equity Research Associate to their team covering crypto, blockchain, and digital asset equities. The team combines traditional fundamental analysis with on-chain and market structure research to generate unique, actionable investment ideas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, and wants to be part of a small, collaborative group doing truly differentiated work in a fast-evolving space.

Ideal background:

• 1–4 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or a buy-side analyst role
• Strong modeling and valuation skills with a genuine interest in crypto and blockchain
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Located in or open to the DC area
