Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant (Part-time 50%) for a company in Stockholm (Solna). Start is ASAP, 9 months limited contract to begin with.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated HR student who wants to grow with the company and be part of their journey.

As an HR Assistant, you’ll primarily support daily operations and assist managers and employees with various matters across all core HR processes. You’ll be part of a team with two senior HR colleagues whom you’ll support, and there will also be opportunities to participate in development projects. The role involves working with different systems, handling administrative tasks, and managing large amounts of information. Given the nature of the work and the transformation we’re undergoing, we expect you to be independent, fearless, and open-minded. Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, a broad and humble approach to work, and attention to detail.

Required background:

• You’re studying Human Resource Management or a similar relevant university program
• You’re in the early stages of your studies (2–3 semesters in)
• You’re available to work 2–3 full days per week (we’re flexible during exam periods)
• You can work on-site at their office in Arenastaden, Solna
• You have previous work experience — not necessarily in HR, but preferably in service roles
• You have an interest in AI, digitalization, and efficiency

This is a part-time (50%) consultant position in Stockholm (Solna) through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 9 months limited contract to begin with. For this role you will be working 2–3 days/week. Full-time work during summer vacation periods for a few weeks
