🚀 We're Hiring: AI / Agentic Engineer – Zurich (On-site)

We're seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with deep Python expertise and hands-on experience in Generative AI and traditional ML approaches. This is a 12-month contract role based in Zurich, with no remote option.

👨 💻 Role Requirements

• 6+ years overall experience, 4+ years relevant in AI/ML
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration (MCP, A2A protocols)
• Solid foundation in ML techniques: classification, clustering, regression, neural networks
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL design, and data transformation
• Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
