Investor Relations Assistant Manager

We are looking for a “Investor Relations Assistant Manager” for our growing team.

Qualifications

• Having Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields,
• 7-8 years of experience in investor relations, audit, equity research, corporate finance or investment analysis preferred,
• Knowledgeable in IFRS reporting, financial reporting and financial analysis,
• Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License and Corporate Governance Rating License are required,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once,
• A great team player and self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

Job Description

• Conducting financial analysis, modeling and valuation comparisons for Zorlu Energy Group and peer companies. Findings will be shared with Zorlu Energy Group Leadership Team,
• Supporting the preparation of all kinds of communication materials (investor presentations, etc.), preparing answers to investor questions, organizing events for investors (teleconference, analyst day, etc.),
• Supporting the preparation of annual/interim reports and corporate governance reports by taking active role in coordination with relevant sections,
• Preparing KAP disclosures and monitoring developments related to MKK, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding public information,
• Monitor analyst research reports for Zorlu Energy Group and peer companies, energy sector news and changes in equity ownership,
• Take active role on planning and scheduling of key events such as non-deal roadshows, investor conferences and company investor days,
• Developing investor targets; plan and track shareholder outreach activities.
