Product Manager - Retail Price Optimization

In this role, you'll work across different functions, collaborating with teams in engineering, data science, professional services, sales, and customer support. We need someone who pays attention to details, enjoys solving complex problems, and can tackle market and customer needs while strategically guiding our product roadmap. Requirements

What will you do:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for our retail price optimization platform, aligning with business goals and market opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and customer success to deliver impactful, scalable solutions
• Translate complex retail pricing challenges into clear product requirements and user stories
• Evaluate technical tradeoffs and guide architectural decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and security
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to validate product direction, gather feedback, and ensure adoption
• Define and track success metrics related to pricing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business impact
• Lead go-to-market planning, including feature launches, enablement, and post-launch support
  
  

Essentials and nice to have skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in retail technology, pricing optimization, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in pricing, elasticity modeling, and promotional effectiveness
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), managing backlogs, and writing detailed specifications
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure), microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action, customer empathy, and a passion for solving real-world problems
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
