- 2-3 years in a product management roole with fluency in Dutch and English
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting market and user research to drive product discovery
- Strong commercial insight and strategic awareness
- Proficient in defining clear product requirements and translating them into actionable user stories
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental communication with peers and stakeholders
- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams, including technology and design
- Collaborative, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and data-driven approach
- Experience with Dutch local governments or understanding of their decision-making processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
