What You Will Do:
- Lead the mobile development team for the Luminor application, overseeing all aspects of the mobile apps development
- Define and implement the architecture for mobile application
- Collaborate with business and other stakeholders to define requirements for the mobile application
- Lead the designing of the solution and contribute to implementation with hands-on coding
- Participation in the software development lifecycle, including peer reviews, testing, coding, and other related activities
- Engage in the planning process and provide high-level estimates for solutions
- Clearly explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and fellow IT professionals
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful mobile applications with positive ratings on the stores and significant userbase
- Advanced knowledge of relevant programming languages - Swift, Kotlin
- Professional knowledge of different software development methodologies
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
- Practical experience establishing CI/CD pipelines
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
- Flexibility. Flexible working hours, remote work, and the possibility to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK (in total 90 days per year)
