The Opportunity

You'll shape and lead all aspects of operations and supply chain — ensuring world-class service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in the company's next phase of expansion.

Your focus will include:

• Leading procurement strategy and supplier performance across multiple categories
• Managing warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution to optimise service levels
• Overseeing demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control
• Embedding data-led processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Developing, coaching, and inspiring high-performing teams
• Contributing to strategic decisions as part of the senior leadership team
  
  

Requirements

About You

You're an experienced operations and supply chain professional who balances big picture thinking with practical execution. You'll bring:

• Proven success in a senior operations, supply chain, or logistics leadership role
• Strong negotiation and supplier management expertise
• A track record of improving efficiency, scalability, and profitability
• Confidence with ERP/WMS systems and modern supply chain tools
• A collaborative and decisive leadership style, with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at every level
