The WM Business Reporting & Analytics department focuses on data analysis and reporting, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and success.

We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics intern to join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to work with tools such as Power BI and SQL.

This 6 months internship offers hands-on learning and participation in impactful projects in the field of analytics and reporting.

Mission

As an intern with the WM Business Reporting & Analytics team, you will play a key role in supporting our reporting efforts by analyzing large datasets, developing impactful reports, and driving data-informed decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain practical experience in data analytics and reporting, while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

Main Duties

• Contribute to the design and architecture of data models to improve reporting efficiency
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Assist in managing and analyzing large datasets to support reporting needs
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement data-driven solutions
• Support the team in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power-BI
  
  

Specific Competencies And Other Skills/Abilities

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) or a qualification considered equivalent
• Basic experience or knowledge in SQL and Power-BI
• Up to 1-2 years of experience
• Good command of MS Office suite
• Fluent in English and French, an additional language is an added value
• Solution oriented team player, capable of working independently
• Stress resistant, reliable, and flexible
• Eager to learn and develop new skills in an agile organization
