Compensation: €4,000 - €4,850 / month

Description

EIS is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Analytic team. The person will take full ownership of delivering high-performing, high-impact services and products as SaaS. The DevOps Engineer supports a variety of cloud-based infrastructure covering front-end websites, back-end APIs, serverless functions as well as deployment pipeline, establishing process of automating the data-driven cycle used by analytics data teams by creating an automated pipeline, improves the quality and security as well reduces the cycle time of data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Ownership of production pipelines, deployments, services
Deploy software to and maintain multiple environments from Development through Production
Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale deployments
Infrastructure to be created from code as per best practice and organized to be easily maintained and extended.
Service and flow orchestration
To devise useful metrics for ensuring their services are meeting customer demand and having an impact and iterate to deliver and improve on those metrics in an agile fashion
GitOps-based software development lifecycle
Work closely with the analytics team to advise on the implementation Security

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Capable of performing sysadmin tasks
Docker, Kubernetes
Jenkins
Azure, or AWS
GitOps, DevSecOps experience
DataOps experience
Scripting languages: Bash, Python
IaC: Terraform
SQL
Git
Agile methods & tools like JIRA

Seen as an advantage

IAM (SaaS, Security, etc)
Familiarity with a variety of DevOps and DataOps tools like Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible
DataOps experience, working with databases
