Designer (UI/UX)

Note: This role is for a Spheric client.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design compelling user interfaces that enhance product usability and visual appeal
- Develop and maintain brand identity assets to ensure consistency across all platforms
- Use Figma, Adobe Suite, and modern web design tools such as Framer and Webflow to create and iterate design prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions effectively
- Iterate rapidly on design concepts without compromising quality and polish
- Produce visual storytelling materials that communicate product features and brand values
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices, particularly in aviation-related projects

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX and brand design, preferably in startup or SaaS settings
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of skills including product UI, brand identity, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern web design tools like Framer and Webflow
- Upper-Intermediate to Fluent English communication skills
- Strong interest or background in aviation industry design projects
