Project Manager (Vendor Operations)

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Operations Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding and reactivation of suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and compliance checks are completed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve on boarding issues and maintain high standards of due diligence.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, amending, and terminating agreements.
• Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Track contract status and maintain accurate records
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders, ensuring proper approvals and budget alignment.
• Liaise with finance and project teams to expedite payments and resolve any procurement-related issues.
• Review and approve supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracted services.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and process improvement
• Flexibility to support request from two time zones
