Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer with strong technical expertise in modern frontend technologies and frameworks. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, agile team of passionate engineers working on a global eCommerce implementation for one of the world’s top retailers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams to develop high-quality user interfaces
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Own assigned features from concept to production
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards
• Test and validate proofs of concept with engineering teams and customers to ensure optimal solutions
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas of enhancement in the existing architecture
• Respond promptly to issues and participate in troubleshooting and debugging sessions
  
  

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

• Strong experience with Angular
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6/7/8) and TypeScript
• Proficiency in SCSS/SASS and responsive web design
• Solid understanding of functional programming concepts
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in an agile (Scrum) environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team.
  
  

Good-to-have skills:

• Experience with state management tools (e.g., NgRx, Redux, Akita)
• Familiarity with web components architecture
• Understanding of eCommerce platforms and integrations
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data exchange
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
