Lead strategic transformation initiatives across a dynamic and growing organisation within the Financial Services / Funds industry.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects - ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic roadmap. This role involves managing programme governance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery of transformation and integration initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with 7+ years with a track record in programme / project management – change management – enterprise transformation - Operating Models - Project planning and execution ( company-wide integration projects is a bonus), in Financial Services.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Execution - delivering large-scale enterprise strategic projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Lean methodologies.
2. Strong Business Merger Integration experience - managing post-merger integrations, including people, processes, technology, and culture.
3. Strong Strategic Business - identify, track, and drive revenue growth & operational efficiencies
4. Financial Acumen –
5. Excellent Stakeholder engagement and management – Communications, Listening and Influencing skills
