We provide the latest technologies needed by gamers and professionals who work in architecture/graphic design with more affordable prices and stronger hardware configurations in comparison to global brands.

Where are we?
We stand by everyone that wants to have a quality gaming and hardware experience. In addition to our stores in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir; we are all around Turkey with our online store and technical support channels. On top of our operations in Cyprus thanks to our store in Nicosia, we are on the verge of expanding to countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt with our operations in Dubai.
Our operations in Europe, on the other hand, are carried out at our store in Alexanderplatz, a square in downtown Berlin. Our Berlin store provides services for all our customers as the largest gaming experience store in Europe.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Having a Bachelor Degree from related departments of reputable Universities..
- Having at least 3 years experience in Human Resources preferencially in end to end recruitment operations.
- Having advanced knowledge of written and verbal English.
- Having a high degree of control over the Law of Labor and Law No. 4857 and No. 6331 will be asset.
- Being able to use MS Office programs in an advanced manner.
- Having strong documentation, feedback and reporting capabilities, paying attention to detail.
- Having the ability to think analytical and creative and the ability to solve problems.
- Having the power of verbal and written expression, effective listening, analyzing, empathizing and telling.
- Taking care of his appearance, to have strong communication and persuasion
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Human Resources as part of hiring operations, drafting a job declaration, publishing it on career portals, candidate application tracking, database candidate research, creating long list candidates for the need, conducting candidate interviews and reporting to the senior manager, etc. perform an end-to-end hiring operation.
- Investigates alternative resources in hiring operations and reports to its senior manager.
- Supports recruitment operations abroad.
- Supports onboarding process of new employees.
- Checks the alignment of the open positions resulting from recruitment requests with the set period budget. Finalizes the vacancy in accordance with the hiring plan set out for their needs.
- Admins LMS programs and assings learning paths to employees.
- Makes offboarding interviews and repots to Unit Managers.
- Supports the work of creating a task description, updating the organizational chart, and translating task definitions.
- Prepares and delivers reports from internal and external reporting requests.
- Actively participating in internal Human Resources projects.
- Assists the manager in reducing legal risks and ensures compliance with all operations in the countries in which the company operates.
- Reports by referring to check all positions within the recruitment process.
- Supports and contributes to the development of procedures. Ensures procedures remain up-to-date and investigate process improvements.
- Participates in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes.
- Supports staff backups and career planning.
- Supports ciruculum designing of training and development process.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports requested by senior managers based on Human Resources criteria.
- Active role in Human Resources projects, contributing to the improvement of all Human Resources activities and processes.
- Supports Human Resources in everyday operational work.
- Helps employees adapt to change.
- Works to minimize problems caused by human and human relationships.
- Follows up legal legislation on human resources and to fulfilling its requirements within the company.
- Ensures the most effective use of human resources for company purposes
