🔹 Reports to: Lead, DBS Programs

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple medium-to-high complexity IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Drive delivery on time, within scope and budget, ensuring quality at every stage.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and project resources with strong coordination and communication.
• Support PMO governance and continuously enhance project management practices within DBS.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver impactful digital solutions for operational excellence.

💡 Requirement

• Bachelor’s in Technology (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• 8+ years in IT, including 3+ years in project leadership.
• Experience in Oil & Gas (minimum 5 years).
• Proven project management and vendor management expertise.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
