C++ Developer (Capital Markets)

We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to join our team supporting the Global Equity Derivatives Risk Reporting platform. This role combines hands-on software development with production support, system optimization, and close collaboration with business and global technology teams.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and enhance applications supporting risk and pricing workflows.
• Modernize and optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while improving support documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth user adoption and provide user training.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps automation.
• Develop, test, and deploy new tools that support pricing infrastructure and business processes.
• Prepare release notes, perform release execution, and maintain system performance.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Capital Markets software development.
• 5+ years of professional C or C++ programming experience.
• Strong multithreaded programming knowledge.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases and Python scripting.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and supporting DevOps pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience supporting production environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sophis, Risk Reporting, or Equity Derivative Products.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure environments.
• Background in web services or service-oriented architecture.
