Sr. Full Stack Developer - Battery Analytics

Position Overview:

To lead a team in designing, developing, and implementing full-stack web applications and software solutions for the Battery Analytics Platform, covering the entire technology stack, including React for front-end and Node.js for back-end and microservices architecture. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from conception and data integration to deployment, analytics visualization, and ongoing maintenance/enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of web-based analytics dashboards and back-end systems for battery data visualization and insights.
• Architect and implement robust back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic to process and manage battery telemetry and analytics data.
• Build interactive, reusable front-end components using React for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and responsive analytics tools.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance for large datasets.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and updates.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for high availability, scalability, and secure data handling.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on full-stack development best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and battery analytics trends to improve the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field; a master’s or PhD is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development (Node.js, Express.js).
• Hands-on experience with time-series databases (Prometheus, InfluxDB, or TimescaleDB)
• Expertise in front-end development (React, Redux, React Router).
• Experience with databases and message systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ/Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Solid understanding of IoT or edge computing concepts—especially data acquisition, buffering, and synchronization.
• Familiarity with cloud services for data processing and analytics (Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, or Google Cloud IoT).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of data visualization frameworks (D3.js, Chart.js, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work collaboratively.
