💻 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SOC Analyst to join our global Information Security team at RecoTek, part of the Reconomy Group.

You’ll play a key role within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC), taking the lead on incident investigations, managing our Microsoft Sentinel SIEM platform, and enhancing detection and response capabilities across the organization.

This role is ideal for a hands-on cybersecurity expert with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of SIEM, threat detection, and incident management frameworks.

🚀 What You’ll Do

✅ Lead complex security incident investigations using NIST/SANS frameworks

⚙️ Take ownership of Microsoft Sentinel — detection, tuning, and continuous optimization

🔍 Develop advanced KQL queries for threat detection and hunting

🛡️ Improve response times, accuracy, and automation within the SOC

🤝 Mentor and support junior analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices

📊 Track incident trends and drive process improvements based on lessons learned

💬 Communicate findings and updates clearly to technical and business stakeholders

📘 Maintain and enhance incident response playbooks and SIEM documentation

1️⃣ 5+ years of experience in security operations or incident response (SOC)

2️⃣ Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Sentinel (KQL, detection rule creation)

3️⃣ Strong problem-solving skills during complex security incidents
