Description

As a Business/Functional Analyst, you will contribute to a key target project with the mission to design and optimize end-to-end business processes aligned with the company’s IT strategy and business objectives. You will play a central role in defining requirements, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Define the project scope and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design and document the ideal end-to-end business process, integrating IT strategy and business priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications (use cases, information models, etc.).
• Provide functional guidance and support to the Execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with users, product owners, developers, architects, and scrum masters during development.
• Support business acceptance testing and ensure smooth validation of deliverables.
• Contribute to business continuity, particularly for financial flows.

Experience

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry is an asset.
• Knowledge of financial or insurance products and processes is a plus.
