What You Will Do:

Developing Software and Infrastructure Solutions: Create software tools to automate processes and enhance efficiency, and reliability for DevOps, ITOps, and support teams, while also constructing and managing cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform
Documenting best practices and lessons learned
Conducting post-incident reviews and implementing remediation actions
Designing, building, and maintaining reliable software systems
Drive the adoption of SRE best practices within the organization
Lead root cause analysis of system failures and implement strategies to prevent future incidents

What We Expect:

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance
AWS Proficiency: Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) with hands-on experience in constructing and managing cloud-based infrastructure on the AWS platform
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Terragrunt, as well as CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, essential for managing and automating infrastructure deployments and updates
Containerization Technologies: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, particularly with managing applications hosted within Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
Automation Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, necessary for developing automation scripts to streamline manual processes and improve efficiency
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
