Product Owner

A client at an exciting time of growth is looking for a London Market experienced Product Owner/Manager. Or someone suitably experienced looking to step-up into the product space.

This is to support their client facing team in ensuring clients are ready for implementation of their solutions.

• ~5 years of experience in the insurance sector in roles involving underwriting knowledge, such as underwriter, underwriting assistant, broker, insurance analyst, or roles focused on insurance products.
• Solid grasp of core insurance principles, including pricing models, risk evaluation, policy design, binding authority management, and capacity oversight.
• Familiarity with insurance operations, including preparing quotes, managing submissions, processing endorsements, handling renewals, and understanding basic claims procedures.
• Exposure to various insurance markets, including Lloyd’s, company markets, brokers, and MGAs, with an understanding of how market structures operate.
• Minimum of one year in positions like Product Owner, Business Analyst, or equivalent, preferably within insurance technology environments.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise-level software, particularly in mapping complex business workflows and systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to design and implement software solutions.
