Our client is a rapidly growing global organization with a strong presence across North America and expanding international operations. The company is investing heavily in digital transformation and enterprise modernization to support its continued growth.


We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that bridge business strategy and technology execution. This individual will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, manage program delivery, and ensure financial accountability across multiple portfolios.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of business acumen, program governance expertise, and hands-on experience managing enterprise transformation projects. This role plays a key part in maturing delivery frameworks, optimizing budget allocation, and strengthening visibility into spend and value across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to define priorities, scope, and success metrics for enterprise programs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear deliverables for IT and operational teams.
  • Lead end-to-end program execution — planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting — ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program budgets and forecasts, tracking spend allocation by department (Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Establish and oversee governance processes for project intake, prioritization, and approval to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with Finance to reconcile budgets, analyze variances, and prepare department-level cost summaries and forecasts.
  • Communicate program impacts, ROI, and strategic value to senior leadership through clear presentations and dashboards.
  • Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and operational improvements.
  • Support organizational change management efforts, helping business teams adopt new processes and systems effectively.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise PMO by refining methodologies, introducing scalable frameworks, and promoting best practices in project delivery.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–12 years of progressive project and program management experience within large or global enterprise environments.
  • Strong financial management skills — including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives spanning IT, Finance, and business operations.
  • Experience establishing or maturing governance frameworks within a growing PMO environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical or operational details into clear business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive and departmental levels.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) and exposure to digital transformation programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.
