As a member of the investment team, you will actively be involved in evaluating investment opportunities and deal execution. Supporting the investment management team within one of the top performing PE firms.

• Relevant Experience

• Bilingual
• You have excellent command of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finish and English, both spoken and written.

Key Responsibilities

• Investment Process
• Participate in the entire investment process as an active member of the investment team.
• Deal Engagement
• Proactively engage with potential deal flow and portfolio companies.
• Data analysis
• Analyze company and market information, establish financial models, and provide insights into investment and financing proposals.
• Documentation and Reporting
• Prepare Investment Proposals, assist with Quarterly Reporting, and organize events.
• Support Leadership
• Support Senior Investment Managers and Partners in daily activities and assist portfolio companies with strategic developments.
